Forever linked with James Bond, the DB9’s debut at the 2003 Frankfurt Motor Show launched Aston Martin’s new era following on from the successful DB7.
The new model looked to the future in terms of technology and performance. DB8 was not used as Aston Martin didn’t want Americans to think it only had 8 cylinders.
Launched in 2004 as a grand tourer rather than a sports car, the DB9 quickly became one of the most desirable cars on the planet. Our model is from 2006.
